Delete your Pragmizo - German Words account

You can delete your account directly in Pragmizo Words or request deletion by email without installing the app.

Delete your account in the app

Open Pragmizo Words and sign in to your account.
Open the app menu and select Delete Account.
Read the deletion information and follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request deletion by email

Email support@pragmizo.at from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Pragmizo Words account deletion” and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. Please do not send your password.

What happens to your data?

Account deletion removes your Firebase sign-in account and the following account records stored by Pragmizo Words:

Your saved subscription status record.
Your account activity record.
Screenshot records associated with your account.

When deletion is performed in the app, saved words and puzzle progress for levels A1 to C2 are also cleared from the device on which you delete your account. This does not remotely clear data stored on other devices.

Purchase records

The in-app account deletion process does not delete your RevenueCat customer profile or purchase history. To request deletion of these records, contact support@pragmizo.at from the email address associated with your account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription or automatically refund a purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription separately through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
